Key Responsibilities

• Oversee order entry processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Troubleshoot prescription and patient data discrepancies
• Ensure timely and precise prescription processing
• Collaborate with Order Entry leadership to achieve department goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external partners
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Pharmacy Technician License (required)
• PTCB/National Certification (preferred)
• 3 years of order entry experience (LTC experience highly preferred; retail techs with strong OE skills considered)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive, growth-oriented attitude
