Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience working with children.
- Desire to help special education students.
Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies, materials, and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
- Proficient in assessing and monitoring student progress through formal and informal assessment methods.
- Knowledge of specialized teaching techniques, assistive technologies, and resources for students with special needs.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse learning abilities.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills to effectively support classroom dynamics and individual student needs.
