Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated School Paraprofessional to join our team in Wilmington, CA . This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of students and provide essential support to teachers and staff in a dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and lesson implementation.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with varying learning needs.
Help with classroom management and ensure a positive and supportive environment.
Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other school activities.
Assist with the preparation of instructional materials and resources.
Support students in achieving their academic and social goals.
Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents as needed.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred).
Completion of the Paraprofessional Assessment Test (if applicable).
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members.
Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude toward supporting students learning.
Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus but not required.
