Soliant is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join a dynamic educational team near Ten Sleep, WY. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and behavioral needs of students in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities :
Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by the teacher.
Support students with special needs or disabilities in achieving academic and behavioral goals.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement strategies.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure student success.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent ( required ); Associate's degree or 48 semester units( preferred ).
Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings. ( preferred )
Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
