Responsibilities:
Social Workers will have an itinerant schedule meaning that they will be required to mute between multiple campuses.
Provide mental health support and counseling to students with behavioral, social, or emotional concerns
Conduct assessments to determine students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Respond promptly to crises involving students, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support to ensure safety and stability in the school environment.
Facilitate small group sessions focused on specific topics; grief, anxiety, or social skills.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work
Valid NMstate license as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
CPI Certification preferred (Crisis Prevention Intervention) preferred
