In this role, you will work with students individually or in small groups, supporting their educational goals, and helping them reach their full potential. Some students may have paraprofessionals to implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs), but there will be no paraprofessional assigned directly to the classroom.

- Connecticut Special Education Certification
- Experience with special education students in a K-5 setting is preferred
