Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Description :
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work in a school setting, providing vital speech and language services to students, helping them overcome communication challenges, and supporting their academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' specific needs.
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant school meetings.
Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and district policies.
