Position Details
- Schedule: Various dates available between April 7, 2025 May 2, 2025
- Shift: Varies between 7 to 9 hours per day
- Setting: Retail/Long Term Care
- Location: Lexington, KY
- Accurately dispense prescribed medications to patients in accordance with regulations
- Provide medication counseling and patient education to ensure proper usage
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and protocols
- Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients
- Manage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and medication safety
- Active and clear Kentucky Pharmacist License
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
- Retail or Long-Term Care pharmacy experience required
- Strong knowledge of medication management, drug interactions, and patient safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
