Soliant is seeking a Permanent Floating Pharmacist to join our team in the Danville, PA area! This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across multiple retail locations, providing essential pharmacy services to the community.
Location: Danville, PA area
Setting: Retail Pharmacy
Schedule: Variable Day/Afternoon Shifts
Duration: Direct Hire
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Pharmacy Manager in inventory control, tracking sales, and ordering pharmaceutical stock.
Accurately weigh, measure, and mix medications, ensuring proper dosage and composition.
Provide expert advice to self-medicating patients and dispense non-prescription medications.
Perform patient immunizations on a regular basis.
In the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, oversee scheduling, associate management, and workflow optimization.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
License: Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
Certification: Pennsylvania Immunization License (Preferred)
Strong leadership, customer service, and pharmacy operations skills
