Position: Pharmacist in Charge

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, and development of pharmacy staff.
- Deliver vital patient services, including immunizations, health consultations, and medication management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive prescription volume and customer satisfaction.
- Provide top-tier customer service while managing daily prescription processing and patient consultations.
- Pharmacy degree (B.S. or PharmD) with an active California pharmacist license.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, compliance, and OTC drugs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a successful team in a community-focused setting.
