Position: Infusion Pharmacist
Location: Gainesville, FL
Start Date: ASAP

Shift: Mon - Fri 8:30am 5:00pm
Duties
- Infusion pharmacy working strictly with acute conditions, preparing sterile compounds for mainly (IVs/Hydration, TPNs, Antibiotics).
- Checking/verifying IVs, hands-on making of IVs.
- Communicate with providers to influence optimal drug therapy in accordance with approved protocols and current practice.
- Monitors patients drug therapy and provides drug information to patients and healthcare providers.
- Oversees and directs pharmacy technical staff in the execution of technical functions.
- Holds a FL pharmacist license
- Strong clinical and communication skills to work with patients and providers.
- Software: CPR experience preferred but not required
- Infusion pharmacy experience required
