Shift: Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS

Experience: Long Term Care experience preferred

Certifications: Immunization certificate and CPR required

Soliant is currently seeking a Pharmacist to join our growing team in Pierz, MN. The ideal candidate will have previous Long Term Care experience and possess an immunization certificate and CPR certification. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medication and provide clinical services to Long Term Care patients
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor patient's medication therapy and provide education on drug therapy as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Minnesota
• Long Term Care experience preferred
• Immunization certificate and CPR certification required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
