Position : Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
JOB Responsibilities :
Responsible for reviewing and dispensing medications in the hospital
Provides medication information, reviewing interactions, ensuring safety, and offering clinical services.
responsibilities include : filling medication orders, maintaining appropriate medication levels in the PYXIS, and ensuring accurate and appropriate charging.
Qualifications :
Registered Pharmacist by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy, active and in good standing
CPR certification
Must have a minimum of 1year recent inpatient pharmacy experience
COVID Vaccine, required
