Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to monitor weekly sales and order pharmaceutical stock to meet demand and optimize profits.
• Medication Dispensing: Weigh, measure, and mix drugs accurately while maintaining proper documentation. Provide guidance to patients using non-prescription medications.
• Immunizations: Administer patient immunizations regularly as part of preventative healthcare.
• Team Leadership: In the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, assist with scheduling, rewarding high performance, and assigning tasks to pharmacy associates.
• Customer Support: Maintain excellent communication with healthcare providers and insurance professionals to ensure patient satisfaction and adherence to prescribed therapies.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Immunization Certification (Preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to patient care.
