Position Overview

• Facility: Specialty Pharmacy
• Schedule:
• Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Occasional weekends as needed
• Start Date: ASAP
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive long-term care pharmacy services, ensuring the highest quality of medication management for patients.
• Oversee medication dispensing, patient counseling, and collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal treatment outcomes.
• Administer immunizations and promote wellness programs.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and ensure a safe, efficient workflow.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent credentials.
• Certified to administer immunizations and holds CPR certification.
• Experience in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Minnesota.
• Proven expertise in long-term care or specialty pharmacy practices.
