Position Overview
- Job Type: 13 Week Contract
- Location: Madison, MN, 56256
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (Closed Weekends)
- Setting: Specialty Pharmacy (Retail & Long-Term Care Mix)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Provide expert pharmaceutical care in both retail and long-term care settings
- Dispense medications accurately while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Administer immunizations and counsel patients on medication usage
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans
- Maintain inventory control and workflow efficiency
- Holds an active Minnesota Pharmacist License
- PharmD or MTM Certification required
- Immunization Certified and CPR Certified
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Passion for patient care and medication management
- Monday-Friday scheduleno weekends!
