Hours : Full-time (40 hours / week)
Schedule : Day Shifts, Some Weekends
Employment Type : Contract / Temp-to-Hire

Key Duties :
Supervise and manage all pharmacy operations, ensuring pliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Oversee prescription fulfillment, medication management, and patient counseling.
Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and control medication costs.
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for pharmacy staff.
Ensure the pharmacy maintains a safe, clean, and weling environment for both staff and patients.
Build relationships with patients, offering advice and education to help them manage their health.
Qualifications :
Valid North Dakota Pharmacist license.
Previous pharmacy management experience required.
Prior retail, specialty, or long-term care pharmacy experience.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, munication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a patient-first approach.
