Soliant Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager for a permanent position in Modesto, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on a leadership role in managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacy Director in overseeing the management and professional functions of the pharmacy department.
• Ensure day-to-day operations are efficient, effective, and compliant with all state and federal laws, Joint Commission standards, and hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines and standards.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Oversee quality assurance initiatives, safety protocols, and people management strategies to enhance the department's overall performance.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Holds an active Pharmacist license in California.
• Has a background in supervisory or management roles within a pharmacy setting.
• Is ambitious, with strong people skills and the ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive, high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrates an open and collaborative approach to leadership.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $85 to $105, based on experience and qualifications.
