Soliant is working with a leader in long-term care pharmacy services, is seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Recruiter to join their team at the Somerset, NJ headquarters. This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity to help shape the talent pipeline for a pany mitted to exceptional pharmacy care. As a Pharmacy Recruiter, youll partner with hiring managers, execute strategic sourcing plans, and drive recruitment efforts using platforms like LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and more.
Setting: Long-Term Care Pharmacy
Position Type: Temp/Temp-to-Hire
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (in-office with flexibility on hours)
- Potential hybrid schedule after training (4 weeks of in-office training; Mondays and Fridays remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
- Write, verify, and post job descriptions across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Monster, and internal/external job boards).
- Develop and execute candidate generation strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Monitor and re-post job listings as necessary to ensure visibility.
- Use sourcing best practices to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Support long-term recruitment planning through relationship management and strategic sourcing.
Ideal Candidate:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven success in developing and executing candidate generation strategies.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP preferred).
- Skills:
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for short- and long-term needs.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and relationship management.
