Contract Type: Hourly through Soliant Education
Duration: Full Year
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to students with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and goals.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' progress and integrate therapy into their educational experience.
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain prehensive records.
- Engage in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to educational planning.
Requirements:
- Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Connecticut PT license or eligibility.
