We are looking to hire an Inpatient Pharmacist for the day shift at one of our partnering hospitals near Cincinnati, Ohio. This is an interim contract with the potential to become a contract-to-hire position if its a great fit for both the site and the candidate.

Duration : 13 Weeks
Shift : Days / Rotating weekends

Job Responsibilities :
Work as an Inpatient Pharmacist in an acute hospital setting
Provide pharmaceutical information to the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Engage in kinetic dosing, therapy consults, and order verification
Collaborate directly with nursing, physicians, and peers to provide acute care services
Comply with state and federal drug laws, as well as KHN policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements :
Must have recent inpatient / hospital experience
Must hold an Ohio (OH) license
Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred
