Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Collect data on student behavior and progress
- Assist with emotional and behavioral regulation
- Work closely with teachers and staff to support students
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs
- Active RBT LICENSE(required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience with special needs (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and patience
- $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience
