Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care for students with complex medical needs.
- Administer care for trach, G-tube, vent, and seizure management.
- Monitor and manage diabetic care for students.
- Assist with toileting needs, bus riding, and other daily activities.
- Support students' academic needs as required during the school day.
- Collaborate with the school team, including teachers and other healthcare providers, to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Respond to emergency medical situations as needed.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in New Hampshire.
- Active CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Experience with trach, G-tube, vent, seizure care, and diabetic management preferred.
- Ability to work one-on-one with students and provide personalized care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of students and the school environment.
