Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team in Norwich, NY. This position offers a flexible schedule with 38 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a valid New York State Pharmacist License, Immunization Certification, and must be comfortable administering all vaccines.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide medication counseling to patients.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations regarding pharmacy operations.
• Administer vaccines and other patient-centered services as part of the pharmacys healthcare offerings.
• Counsel patients on the proper use of medications, drug interactions, side effects, and dosage instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts to ensure patient safety and high standards of care.
• Complete continuing education as required by state law.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
