We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager for our Wadena, MN location. This position offers a great opportunity to lead a dedicated pharmacy team and oversee the operations of a specialty pharmacy with a mix of retail and long-term care pharmacy services. You will be responsible for managing the pharmacy department, ensuring the highest level of patient care, and maintaining pliance with all regulations and standards.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am 5 : 30pm (Closed Weekends)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily pharmacy operations , ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service to both retail and long-term care patients.
- Supervise and train pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, ensuring they follow best practices and ply with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee medication therapy management (MTM), immunization programs, and patient counseling.
- Develop and implement processes for inventory control, ensuring medications are stocked and managed effectively to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Monitor and report on pharmacy performance , ensuring financial and operational goals are met, including budget management, payroll, and third-party billing.
- Ensure pliance with all state, federal, and pany regulations , including quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
