Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with store operations teams and drive associate engagement
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in prescription fulfillment following federal and state regulations
• Manage pharmacy operations to drive profitability and script growth through clinical programs, immunizations, and MTM services
• Oversee inventory management to meet customer demand and maximize profits
• Lead and supervise pharmacy staff, including training, coaching, and performance management
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing medical-related concerns and offering healthcare counseling
• Maintain pharmacy security and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Interact with physicians and utilize reference materials to resolve prescription issues
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment and oversee department operations
• Ensure completion of critical tasks, such as cycle counts, inventory management, and customer follow-ups
  
  

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Pennsylvania Immunization License
