On-site positions are W2 and hourly. Pay ranges from $45 to $60 per hour, dependent on candidate experience. We also offer health, vision, and dental insurance, and an employer matched 401(k) plan.
The applicant will be working with a elementary school students from preschool to 5th grade. Additional information about the school, and the building assignments, will be shared in a direct interview with school administrators, following a successful phone screening with Soliant representatives

- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders
- Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License, issued by theIllinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Professional Educators' License (PEL), issued by the Illinois State Board of Education

As a School-based SLP, You Will
- Assess students referred for possible speech and language needs.
- Present evaluation results and propose IEP (Individual Education Plan) goals at IEP meetings
- Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders.
- Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators on speech and language concerns.
- Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload.
- Excellent communication

- Up-to-date knowledge of IllinoisSpecial Education procedures and best practices for SLPs in school settings
