Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify students' needs in areas of fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills.
- Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with students' IEPs.
- Provide direct therapy sessions to help students improve motor skills, focus, and participation in classroom activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students overall development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of students' progress and therapy activities.
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active California OT license.
- Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
