School-Based Occupational Therapist Position Near New Kent, VA

Soliant Health is currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with a school district near New Kent, VA. This position begins in January and continues through the end of the school year. Caseload details will be determined during the interview process.

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans to support student success.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to ensure effective support for students.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and pliance with school policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational and therapy goals.

• Active and valid Virginia Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong munication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible caseload and schedule.
