Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team near Westport, CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent interpersonal skills, and a mitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outes.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff to ensure a prehensive approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinic policies and legal requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
