About the Role
This position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist in providing speech and language therapy to students as directed by a licensed SLP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure students' communication needs are met.
- Assist with speech and language assessments and data collection.
- Provide support in a school setting, working closely with virtual SLPs.
Requirements
- Associates degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
- 1 years of experience in a speech therapy setting, preferably in a school environment.
