School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Near Gurnee, IL

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support a school district near Gurnee, IL. This full-time position runs from ASAP through June 3, 2025, with daily hours from 7:25 AM to 3:00 PM. The caseload includes K-12 students, serving approximately 35-45 students.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners across grade levels
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Illinois
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with a speech endorsement
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
