Job Description: Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will work with individuals of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to create personalized treatment plans that help our clients achieve their munication goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and munication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions to clients, utilizing a variety of techniques and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language goals.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus.
