Position Details

What You'll Do

• Assess and evaluate patients with speech and language issues
• Develop customized treatment plans
• Lead therapy sessions aimed at speech and language improvement
• Track and record patient progress
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Educate and engage families in the therapy journey
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state license (or eligibility for licensure) in Arkansas
• Ideally holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working with children or school-age groups is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
