- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support student goals.
- Maintain thorough documentation and prepare progress reports.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Virginia SLP license.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- School-based experience is a plus.
