Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements: A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Licensure: Active state licensure to practice as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
- Certification: ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but new grads in CF year are welcome
- Experience: Prior school-based experience is a plus, but not mandatory. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language delays or disorders.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address specific speech/language needs.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Monitor and track student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by district guidelines and federal/state regulations.
