Position Overview :
As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' speech and language development. Working closely with educators and parents, you will assess, diagnose, and provide intervention services for students with communication disorders. Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a cohesive support system for students.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
