Job Description
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating students with communication disorders. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop effective intervention plans tailored to each students needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and objectives.
- Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Massachusetts SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
