Description of Position:
- Will be working with Health Services Team on caseload management of students with health needs
- Collaborates with other agencies to respond to outbreaks of communicable disease
- Maintains nursing documentation and data collection
- Administer medication to students
- Assess and attend to medical needs
- Bus riding to/from school
- 1:1 care Trach, g-tube, vent, seizure care, diabetic care. and helping with academics during the day as needed
