Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessments, counseling, and interventions for students in grades k-6
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student well-being and academic success
- Assist in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Support students with emotional and behavioral challenges
- Offer consultation services to school staff and families on psychological matters
- Participate in crisis intervention when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for each case
- A valid Washington Psychologist License
- Experience working with elementary students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
