Position Overview
- Role: School Psychologist
- Location: Duncan, OK
- Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Grade Levels: K-12
- Perform psychoeducational assessments to identify students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies in collaboration with educators and families.
- Support the creation and management of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide counseling services to students in individual and group settings.
- Offer consultation and training for teachers and staff on best practices for student mental health and learning strategies.
- Assist with crisis intervention and prevention efforts.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines for school psychological services.
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Oklahoma School Psychologist certification or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience with assessments, counseling, and IEP processes is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
