Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team in Middlesex, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, therapy, and support to individuals and groups, fostering a safe and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy to clients using evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with other mental health professionals to enhance client care.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
Participate in community outreach and educational programs as needed.
Qualifications :
Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
Valid New Jersey state licensure as a psychologist.
Experience in clinical settings preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.).
