Qualifications
Must be a licensed School Psychologist in the state of DE
Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
Skills & Abilities
School experience is preferred but not required.
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral functioning.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized interventions and support plans.
Provide counseling and therapy services to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Serve as a resource and provide training to school staff on topics such as mental health, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
