Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Pattersonville, NY. This role focuses on assessments, counseling, and collaboration with educators and families to support students' academic, emotional, and behavioral success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations to assess students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support student success.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote a positive learning environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans.

Qualifications

• Certification: Must hold a valid School Psychologist license/certification in New York.
• Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Experience: Preferred experience in a school setting with diverse student populations.
• Skills:
• Strong assessment and intervention abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
