Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and areas of need.
- Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Providing counseling and crisis intervention services to students experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties.
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies for addressing student needs and promoting positive behavior.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and make appropriate recommendations.
- Providing consultation and support to school staff on issues related to mental health, learning disabilities, and behavior management.
- Conducting workshops and training sessions for parents and educators on topics such as stress management, social skills development, and positive parenting strategies.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
