Hours
- Approx. 7:15 AM 3:15 PM, 5 days a week (subject to transportation setup)
- 35-40 hours/week (may vary based on doctors orders)
- Provide direct care for the students medical needs (G-tube, trach, Hoyer lift)
- Assist with student transportation
- Document and maintain medical records
- Active CT RN License
- Experience with G-tube, trach care, and Hoyer lift preferred
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Must assist with transportation
