Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker for a full-time position in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for students social-emotional needs and will work closely with school staff, families, and community resources to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to address student needs
- Conduct assessments and write reports to assist in IEP and 504 Plan development
- Act as a liaison between the school, families, and community resources
- Advocate for students facing housing instability, mental health challenges, or social barriers
- Lead crisis intervention efforts and implement conflict resolution strategies
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work Endorsement
- Experience in trauma-informed care, behavioral interventions, and student advocacy
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
