Position: School Social Worker

Location: Winchester, MA

Caseload: 20 students

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create and implement interventions for students' academic and social success.
• Conduct assessments to determine the need for support services and develop treatment plans.
• Advocate for students and work with families to access resources and community services.
• Maintain accurate case records and progress reports, ensuring confidential communication with families and staff.
  
  

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
• MA State Certification as a School Social Worker
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
