Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description: Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Aromas, CA and surrounding areas. As an SLP, you will play a crucial role in helping students overe speech and language disorders, improving their munication skills, and enhancing their overall educational experience. Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' munication goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' munication needs in the school environment
- Monitor students' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
- Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for helping children overe munication challenges
