About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team and support elementary students. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners by helping them develop their communication skills in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each students needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a supportive educational environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current state licensure and certification.
• Experience working in a schoolis a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school team.
